I was sooo impressed how Gen managed to combine the convenience and professionalism of the Internet with the custumer service and detail of a small town scrapbook store filled with friends. The Price...the Product...the Service...IMPECCABLE! Bravo and I look forward to becoming a frequent shopper who is addicted to recieving "yummy" scrapbook treats in the mail!!
